When you purchase advertising with JAIL Exchange, you are purchasing one of only five Ad boxes (Packages) we make available for a particular U.S. County. Each of the five Ad Packages differs from the other, Ad Package #1 being the most desirable.

Your ad will appear on every page of every juvenile and adult facility in your County. In addition, each Facility Page has a mirror page that shows up in the search engines as an 'inmate search page' for that facility. In other words, we DOUBLE THE PAGES with your ads.

- You will be sent a draft for approval prior to our posting your Ad.

Your Ad will appear on every Adult and Juvenile Facility and Inmate Search Page in the county. (see below for direct links to each)
There are only five Banner Ad Packages for Criminal Lawyers and Bail Bondsmen in each county.
If you lock into the first (and best) position, you will own it for as long as you like. Likewise for the second, third, etc. If one of the better positioned Banner Ad boxes comes available, you will have first right to it.
First, some definitions:
1. Visit - A visit is the actual times a website is visited by a unique user. (this is the best indicator of traffic, and the most important to us)
2. Page Views - The average number of Facility or Inmate Pages viewed per visit.
3. Hits - An arbitrary number that reflects the complexity of the page rather than the actual traffic. (totally useless information)

- How strong your county's JAIL Exchange ratings are with Google and the other search engines.
- JAIL Exchange's brand recognition as the place to go for complete and FREE information.
- How large the customer base in your county is.
One thing is for certain, the SEO factors we have control over, we are maximizing to their fullest potential and will continue to do so.

Here's what you get in Ad Package 1:
Three Unique Ads Per Facility Page - Your three ads will appear on every Facility Page in the County.
The three ads are as follows:
1. A Large Ad (300 x 250 pixels) with a direct link to your website.
This is the premier ad on the page, located in the upper right hand corner of each page.
2. A Medium Ad (300 x 100 pixels) with a direct link to your website. This ad is on the right side of the page, directly below the Local Crime Feed.
3. A Link in our DIRECTORY of Facility Information. It reads either 'Local Criminal Lawyer' or 'Local Bail Bondsman' (only one such Link of each per county).
In other words, only one Lawyer will be represented in the DIRECTORY, and only one Bail Bondsman. This will link directly to your website.
Note: As the premier advertiser in this county, you will control these positions, county-wide, for as long as you continue to renew.
No other firm can have these placements.

Here's what you get in Ad Package 2:
Two Unique Ads Per Facility Page - Your two Ads will appear on every Facility Page in the County.
The two ads are as follows:
1. A Large Banner Ad (300 x 250 pixels) linking to your website.
The central location of the page, directly below the Facility contact information. This position can be used to 'blend in' with the background, enhancing its authority.
2. A link in our DIRECTORY of Facility Information. It reads either 'Local Criminal Lawyer' or 'Local Bail Bondsman' (only one such Link of each per county).
In other words, only one Lawyer will be represented in the DIRECTORY, and only one Bail Bondsman. This will link directly to your website.
Note: As the secondary advertiser in this county, you will control these positions, county-wide, for as long as you continue to renew.
No other firm can have these placements. Additionally, if Ad Package #1 becomes available, you will have first right of refusal to those placements.
As long as you find it worthwhile to your business plan, you will always have a strong placement on Jail Exchange.

Note: As the third advertiser in this county, you will control this position, county-wide, for as long as you continue to renew.
No other firm can have this placement. Additionally, if Ad Package #2 becomes available, you will have first right of refusal to that placement. If Ad Package #1 becomes available and the advertiser in position #2 declines it, it's yours.
As long as you find it worthwhile to your business plan, you will always have a strong placement on Jail Exchange.
