   I know someone in the jail. I wanted to know about writing him a letter or making a phone call. I don't know how to find out any of this information.

   I recently received a call from the jail and in the rush to get the phone to me, I did not here all the options to accept it. when I called the jail(Onnslow County),and Officer richardson needs to work on his communications skills. all I wanted was to verify who called me and could they call back. I felt as if I really annoyed him by asking questions.(His reply had me calling Sampson County!?)

   steven tipton age 39 is running from this state on a DUI ...hes had one in victoia tx and two in michigan..4 dui and needs to face up to his charge in this state...he in mich now in jail
