  13. Very upset :( Sat, Jun 15 2013 12:17 AM

And "what goes around...Comes around" That saying is so True ! This jail was the most vile place ever...being Mentally disabled and suffering from a wide range of social disorders.I was forced to remain silent in order to survive...To reveal my illness would of subjected me to All sorts of ridicule,From both Co's And inmates..First your Stripped down (for your Safety?)And forced to ware a "turtle suit" A Velcro one piece. Then your laughed at and locked up in a single man cell.Under Death watch...a cctv system..Stays on 24/7 as do the lights. Other inmates can walk by you and make fun at you. and 90% of the time your misrepresented as a pedophile or some sort of pervert. And if you do get out of your CELL it's in chains !!! shackles on your feet, and a chain around your waist /while hand cuffed ..your led around like an animal..Medications are NOT regulated properly if not with held, most meds are substituted for a cheaper fix, ?( There Motto,All inmates Lie And want to get HIGH !)....Being disabled is Not A crime but your forced to suffer all this Bull ..If you Tell the truth While your being committed. I lasted 5 months there at NCP...And I wanted to hurt those caregivers ...Now I am FREE and The big wheel keeps spinning around !
