Comments 2 glenda allen Tue, Jan 08 2013 4:05 PM i have a friend name sandra sanford been in jay rebeum long detional center 14 times since june 2012.she has biopolar and other health issues why doesn,t someone try to give her medical help other than locking her up,she gets out she is right back in there she is homeless she is from mocksville n.c she has a home here but she will not adment she has a problem,i love her dearly have known her all my life she is a good oerson she just needs the right kind of help,she hardely knows what she it talking about,i am concerned that she is gonna get raped or killed if someone doesn,t help in some kind of way.she is harmful to herself and to the public at any minute she could snap and hurt someone or get hurt herself,i am concerned and afraid for her.there is no reasons to keep locking her up she needs profressional help ,please help me help her.
