   I would also like to know if I can use his criminal history to get custody of my child. He has drug, robbery, and other charges.. Also if you know of a pro bono lawyer that won't turn me away because they can't afford my case would be nice. Thank you

   what if someone go to jail for charges of indecency with a child and he is dismised for those charges cause theres no evidence and the lawyer found out that his ex wife just want him on jail.what happend whit her can his ex go to jail for false testimony or she can be deported and loose her permanent recidence card?

   I heard from my son who is in transition with the Federal Marshals. They are taking him lots of places to get to Texas. He spent 24 hours in chains. My heart broke when I read his letter. That is so in human to me. No he didn't kill anybody. He's being transported because his old probation officer retired and his new has to do something because they don't know what to do with him. Heart breaking.

   1) even a child molester can get custody of kids look it up... 3)how long were u with this person & u juz finding out come on..let look @ ur record u like 2 party don't u..... 4) this is called a faults statement u lied 2 law inforcement... 5)that is federal u should have worried when he wuz not n jail doin his stupit things....

   sometimes people make up suff cuz they what to see them in jail but sunner or later everything comes out and i have faith that one day my dad gets out . i belive in him

   My daughter is in county jail.but she is diahnosed with bipolar and sczitophrenia.diag.by mental hosp.mentally ill , danger to society.can she be in jail or is it mental hosp sje should be plaved.she also has a 7 year old diagnosed with autism adhd.what are some advises.
