How do inmates that have had a criminal background get consideration of their mental disabilities as children which doctors and schools made mistakes. My son was suppose to have an adequate learning enviroment and qaulified teacher for his learning disabilitys and was never given that right and was bulldogged around by the school system as well as we the parents when the school failed to do their job by law before he ever had a juvenile record. He was put in a behavioral class with children who had behavioral problems but was never diagnosed with any learning disabilities. As my aunt who worked for the school system said " they put the i can'ts with the i wont's" where was our rights as parents and his rights as a child who should have never been exposed to these other children. Everyone always says "you are as good as the company you keep". My wife and I never had any control over who they exposed our child to all through his school years as it escalated with age. This problem is going to be addressed to get attention because it was wrong and the school system knew they were wrong and always blamed us as parents. I and alot of other victoms of this crime were pushed around by the school system and all of these children made up for great percentage of inmates in our state jails. Its time the school system gets attention for this as it was a crime on their part, national attention is needed badly as the revolving door spins. Budget is no excuse.

My friend Angel Kennemer was taken to jail from being stopped with her x driving his truck for drugs being in the glovebox. Took her because she was the registered owner. She did not know it was in her name anymore. she doesnt do drugs. No drug screen or polygraph was offered. She didnt know the drugs were in the truck

What is the usual sentence for someone that has already served time in prison for several dwi? He was placed on 10 year prob for another one. He managed to not get caught for 2 years, he has now had a wreck & was arrested for another dwi....

I am confused on how you are able to hold a person on no proof of a criminal act. I know for a fact someone's word can not always be considered truth. If a person says someone is tormenting, stocking, and/or threatening them i understand holding a person for a few days but for two weeks is different. Then to not set bail or allow release is the confusing part. This is what Im going through. My boyfriend has been with me 24/7 yet some person says he is doing all this stuff and he gets arrested and held with no bail. Please explain to me how this is able to happen. When he hasn't been anywhere near this person but yet he has been arrested under false assumptions.
