Honorable Judge John A. Duck I write to you to have mercy to Adrian Sanchez Mendoza. When the person came or Ice they forced him to tell the true if he had record or not. According to ...The person in custody must, prior to interrogation, be clearly informed that he or she has the right to remain silent, and that anything the person says will be used against that person in court; the person must be clearly informed that he or she has the right to consult with an attorney and to have that attorney present during questioning, and that, if he or she is indigent, an attorney will be provided at no cost to represent her or him. They question him. They came without a warrant to take him. What they did was unfair and broke the law. The ICE came inside the house without permission. They showed him a photograph if he was the person in the photograph or if the unknow person live here? We told the person they are looking for doesn't live here. He didn't broke the law, do something wrong to deserve going to jail. He did not kill, he is not a burglar, he did not have illegal drugs to go to jail. He was just ready to go to his job and earn fair his money. He did no bad thing to deserve going to jail. Adrian Sanchez Mendoza A# 205151663

Dear Honorable Judge, I write you in hopes that this letter touches your heart. My commonlaw husband is being detained at the Lasalle Detention Center. We have 2 children together, one 15 and 11, we have been together for 16 years. Please judge have mercy on him, he is not perfect and has his flaws but that does not define who he is or what he is capable of. I ask you to please bring my family back together. I know with Gods help anything is possible, but he also states that if you help yourself we will help you as well. Our family is at your mercy. I will take full responsibility for him if you just let him come home. I am currently enrolled in school to further my education, to help make a better life for us all, please judge my children and I are at a loss without your help. We plead for your assistance, have compassion on his case. Thank you and God bless. M Espinoza. A-205275166 T. Parra
