Just found out that my husband is here. Global Tel Link said I have to set up a separate account for this prison but will take 5 bus days. Then this facility said that I have to do another Visitor Evaluation request even though I sent one to Delano 3 months ago. Just getting a little frustrated. Are there any other obsticales I will have to face. Thanks for your input.

  3. Michelle Sun, May 01 2011 10:33 PM

The phone system is horrible!!! It disconnects our calls all the time, even though I have removed all other features....good luck with that. The minimum you can put on is $25, plus a $7 fee-so roughly $30 for about 2.5 calls of 30 minutes. It only took 2 weeks for my clearance. It should go by quick.... Make sure on your visit you take lots of change (if you're staying most of the day)...it needs to be in a clear bag (coin purse or baggie). Those were my two main frustrations as well, but in the end it works out :). Enjoy your visit and God bless!
