Something is seriously wrong if this facility gets the highest rating because it "understands that providing complete information is essential" (etc.). This armpit of an FDOC prison is shrouded in secrecy. They release no info that isn't invented, deceptive, or slanted. FDOC as an agency applauds transparency, but behind the scenes (and especially at OCI), they scramble to withhold anything that shows what's really going on between prison staff and their charges.

Graham, Thanks for your comments. JAILexchange.com rates jails and prisons on the information they provide to the public. Only people on the inside and sometimes their families, know what's really going on. But that is why we appreciate your insight. The only way anything changes if people speak up. Take care.
