I think I found a great company to purchase a phone card for my friend (Irwin Co, GA). I talked with Mazie with MTel at 800-849-6081 and she set up the account. She was so helpful, friendly and after all the horrible experiences I've had trying to get even more important information via the court systems, it was a relief to talk with someone who could help with something seemingly as insignificant as a telephone call to a friend.
