The Southeastern Ohio Reg. Jail - Hocking in Nelsonville, Hocking County, Ohio, like all jails is a maximum security facility. Inmates are allowed one visit a week. No more than two visitors and visit must not exceed 30 minutes. Children between the age of five and eighteen count as one visitor, but children under age five do NOT count as one of the visitors.

    as a woman that has a husband in prison , who is over the age of 65 .I am have a very hard time with the sen tenceing , that a first time offender at his age was not given any hope of parole or probation . hes 70 , has 3 stints in his heart has lung problems and other isseues what good did it do to put him away , it cost more for the tax payer to keep him there , then if he were on probation . we've lost so much , isnt that payment enought we will never have a nouther holiday together or annavesary after 48 yrars together we are apart .and realisticly wont live long enought to be together again he has 11 more years to serve . with no chang of hope of prorole or probation whats wrong with this picture you tell me .and there are many woman out here like me that have seen so much heart ache , yes they did wrong but , why do the wives pay too . the courts dont see that , they get two lives instead of one . ive watched a systreme that dosnt work ,i was told letit work , well we did was told we had a plea deal , took it , and the coudr=t didnt even consider it so thiswas the court at work, lies and more lies to get a person to say yes to things that didnt happpen , then to be lied to by so call officers of the court . Ill never trust or believe another lawyer or policeman again or judge they all work together to play games its the old lll give you this ifyou give me that game and if you dont have money you lose b efore it even starts . if any one out there is in court ask your so called lawyer is it your turn to win . they take turns
