   How would I find out the time he is eing arrainged for court. The person Im inquireing in is in custody for trying to kill my adult daughter. This is not his first attempt. She is injured and the police know why he is in there again. But others do ot know how dangerous he is. How would I get this meassage out in to the public. I have seen over and over to many cases of Domestic Violence that end up either extrmely hurt or dead. If we do not be heard ten how will people know? Thank you for this site.

   My daughter is scared for her life and this angers me to no end. My daughter and my three grandchildren should feel safe to go to there home and feel safe to go to bed and get up for school not haveing to worry if there dad is comeing home. Court was for arrainment and he did not get out. When my daughter found out her face was so releived. This is just the beginning. What can I do to help other with this as well. This is a ginormous growing problem. My daughter has no idea about there income. He has it sheltered from her famingleing and receivuing money for being mentally unstable or he can be on medication for being psychotic, receives Disability max amount plus for the kids cause he is crazy. Now my daughter is a victim of domestiv violence, mental abuse, verbal abuse, sexual abuse, held hosotage against her will. Then getting help is not easy. But we are finally makeing some headway. I pray my daughter and Granchildren will get through this as painless as possible. If there is any help available i would appreciate ANY suggestions. Thank you.

   Today is 9/14/2011 and Rick Casebeer is my son-in-law who has my daughter terrified. He has threatened to kill my daughter and his children. He has physical tried to strangle her to the point of her almopst becoming unconcious and had no control of her bladder and coughed and could not catch her breath when he was distracted which allowed her to barely grab the kids and run. I can't express the neausiating feeling that overcomes me knowing my daughter can not escape this Rick Casebeer. He has found her in ways I have no idea even when she was in hideing with her father. Please help my daughter. I am begging you to please help in any way possible. I THANK YOU for haveing a starting point by haveing this site available to myself.

   My son is required to take very serious medication for a fatal kidney disease. The medications make him very sick and he was subsequently convicted for being under the influence from one of his medications. The conviction was based on my son using an approved prescription that he must use just to be able to eat. He was sent to Butte County Jail and has not been receiving his medications appropriately. My son was scheduled to get out of Butte County jail on January 9th, 2013. He has not been allowed to communicate with his family in any way and he has not even been able to call his wife to let her know why. His wife barely understands English, is all by herself and has been very scared and worried. When my younger son called Butte County jail to see why - the attendant at Butte County would only tell him that he would not be out until January 24th, 2013. My son could die if he does not receive his medication properly and we as his family are extremely worried about him! My son is very outspoken concerning his health, as he has been under very serious care and in and out of hospital emergency rooms for the health issues related to his kidney disease. We are extremely concerned that Butte County has extended his incarceration as a direct result of him expressing his concerns over missing his medications and this could be detrimental to his ongoing kidney care and fragile health. However, there does not seem to be anyone in the Butte County jail system who comprehends and/or understands these types of health issues, nor the gravity and seriousness of this type of situation.
