well make sure your family doesnt need to check on your family.i called to check on my brother and spoke with a sergant and ask the sergantburgess if he would let my brother know that his family has checked on him.and is aware that he is ther, according to the sergant it was a personal message.........message? what message?my brother is in jail for a misdameanor, not a felony, and in no way is it a threat to peneolgical interest. however any facility can be held under a municipality .my brother has a pain pump inside of him and accordingly says the jail will take care of hismedical needs, however its not garden variety nor isit a typical,in any sense, jail health care is a right and accoding to our constitution a pretrial detainee is protected under the due process clause of the 5th and 14th amendment of the us constitution,as he is not a covicted person, bringing to light that it costs in the range of around 9.000$ to refill that pump,a jail this size does not have the ability, staff or even physician to do so.be sure to check on your family members ,dont beieve for one second that they will do the right thing!,if it saves the administartion money they will cut it,if they can get away with it the will do it........if you have come to learn the system as i have,............then you know they dont care ,however if they are a private ran institution they can be held even more accountable than a state owned agency ,only states and their officials are offered 11th amedment immunity, not private ones.look up title 18 u.s.c.a,each and every civil and constitutional violation, against a citizens rights,if found to be in violation is a 10.000$ and up to one year in prison for each count . PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK PROTECT YOUR FAMILY,DONT LEAVE IT TO AN OFFICER!,THIS POST IS PROTECTED UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
