Convicted for premeditated 1st degree murder, fire arm, possession with intent to distribute. Get sentenced for 42 years, serve 16. Sentencing records show 10 years probation and parole with 2 years supervised. WHY DOES NO ONE have any records of this? The only record Norfolk is showing is he had 2 years probation. What happens to the unsupervised? Does that mean if he commits another crime.....It does not affect the unsupervised time? But when you ask the Probation office in Norfolk. According to them he is not on any type of probation. How can someone with having a fire arm and drugs get 10 years and 5 year probation?
