I was told unless you are immediate family you couldn't visit an inmate in Fulton, is this true? Also, my fiance was sent to your facility yesterday and we want to get married. What is the process I need to complete before we can? How much is the marriage license? Are there certain days they are performed? Do I I need to bring our witnesses or do you use the guards? Those kinds of things... Any info would be great. Thank you, Pam Fisher
