The Grady County Jail in Chickasha, Grady County, Oklahoma, like all jails is a maximum security facility. Because the inmates in this jail range from low level offenders to those being held for violent crimes like robbery, rape and murder, the security level is as high as is it is in any maximum security state prison. Some of the security features in this facility include security cameras, electronic detection and reinforced fencing topped with razor wire. Correctional officers in Grady County Jail are armed with mace and trained to use physical force to protect themselves and other inmates from violence.

The men, women and juveniles being held in the Grady County Jail are either awaiting trial or have been sentenced in the Grady County Court System already and been sentenced to a period of time of one year or less. When an inmate is sentenced to a year or more, they are admitted into the Oklahoma Prison or Federal Prison System. Inmates in the Grady County Jail are fed three meals a day totaling 2,500 calories, are allowed access to phones to contact friends and family members, are allowed at least one hour a day for exercise, have access to books, bathroom and shower facilities. The inmates are allowed mail to be delivered to them as well as newspapers and magazine from trusted outside publishers.

    Why are the police in chickasha always arresting innocent people and letting criminals off Scott free!?? Last night a drunk grown man assaulted a 13 year old boy minding his business and his uncle took up for him n his dad told the guy to get out of there but th drunk continued to act billigerantly. The cops showed up n took the innocent dad to jail bc the drunk guy and his friends lied n told the police the dad pulled a gun in them so the drunk guy count go to jail for assaulting a minor and public intoxication etc. The gun they found was behind a motel and belong ting a man named Trevor at the motel at the time...who had a pistol in his possession as well. The cops did not search the true owner of the guns or take the drunk to jail. Instead the innocent father taking up for his son n no way if violating the law was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and possession of an unlawful firearm! How is that possible! He even had witnesses to say no that is not true and the cops still took an innocent man to jail and let two criminals off Scott free loose to cause havoc in the streets of chickasha! Someone needs ting do something about this reoccurring injustice imposed on the people of chickasha by a darelect incompetent police department. There is a serious problem in our society when the upright have to live in fear of persecution...and in this case...PROSECUTION!!! PERHAPS THIS POLICE OFFICERS NEED MORE EXTENSIVE TRAINING. AN INNOCENT FAMILY MAN'S' LIFE WILL BE FOREVER CHANGED...RUINED BY THE WRONG DECISION OF ONE SINGLE HUNAN MAN IN ERROR AND INCOMPETENCE. WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! YOU COULD BE NEXT....SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!!

Someone in the justice system there is paying them bc they know they are going to have to get lawyers and pay fines etc. Its a conspiracy! They do not care that that are ruining innocent people lives and their reputations forever! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY MONEY MONEY!!!

    I guess the cops will feel pretty stupid when that Trevor guy kills someone with that gun all bc they refused to believe the innocent dad and search him confiscate it and take HIM to jail. Same goes for the redneck child bullying drunk! Unfortunately it will be too late then. Why do people have to get hurt and die before the cops finally do their jobs!??

    Why don't they do things by the book instead of on a mystical whim!? I know a woman n mother of three who was thrown n jail for assault n she was the one who got assaulted! All she did was defend herself n call the cops. Yes She called them and they took Her to jail. All bc she was new n town n the other woman had lived here her whole life n knew all the cops. She got a lawyer and paid big money to fig html the charges....the da tried to make a deal n she refused bc she was innocent but they still made her pay like $1400 in court costs etc. SHE WAS THE VICTIM! in this case...of assault AND CORRUPTION FUELED BY GREED!!! U r definitely right....the chickasha police need to be investigated.. something is wrong when a man can't take Up for his 13 yr old son against a grown drunk man without getting thrown n jail! Since when do cops start believing the word of a belligerent drunk anyway!?? Cops must've known him too. He should have been subject to field sobriety test n put n jail for multiple charges. Possession is 9/10 of the law but if they found the gun behind the motel....how was it IN HIS POSSESSION!? 1+1=2 durrrrrr! N where n the book does it say Not TO SEARCH THE GUY REALLY ACCUSED OF AS OWNING A GUN PLUS HAVING anOTHER ONE!?? Genius!!!

Fact #2 This happened at a hotel known for drug related activity Fact #3 The "Innocent Man," when he was first contacted denied any knowledge of a gun or having a gun or using a gun for any purpose Fact #4 The "Innocent Man" was in possession of a sawed-off shotgun that "Trevor" gave him to "watch" while he went somewhere else? Great Idea "Innocent Man"!! Fact #5 The "Innocent Man" admitted to having the illegal gun out, in his hands, and to hiding it behind the building where it was found by the Police who were responding to a "Subject With a Gun/Possible Shots Fired" call Fact #6 The "Innocent Man" admitted that he had given "Trevor" money to go purchase "Xanax" a highly trafficked recreationally abused CDS. Oh yeah, now we know what these "Innocent" people were doing at a hotel known for drug activity at 1am..."...no way if violating the law" Ha, Ha!!! Fact #7 The "Innocent Man" admitted all of this information after being read his Miranda Rights, the first of which is? ? ? Fact #8 All of this information is public record, obtainable through the FOIA!!! Don't believe everything you hear from unreliable people or read on the internet...free your mind and your ass will soon follow!!!

    If you get a traffic ticket in Grady County, keep the receipt FOREVER! They will put a warrant out for you 20 years later--you'll pay it again with accumulated fines, or go to jail. We just went thru that.
