Deposits for Inmate Communications such as prepaid phone cards
Trumbull County Jail uses GTL Connect Network, also known as Viapath Technologies, to facilitate family members and friends to make deposits directly into their Trust Fund Commissary Account that can be used for communication services.
The inmate can then use the money to purchase products from commissary or services such as secure messages and phone calls.
Deposits can be made 24/7 online or by telephone by calling 888-988-4768, or by using the Trumbull County Jail kiosk.
Kiosk to deposit commissary money is available in lobby during normal business hours Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
There are three options for putting money on an inmate's books:
Option 1 - Dropping Money at the Jail
Bring money to the jail in person.
Either the jail personnel will process the Inmate Account payment or you will use a self-serve kiosk in the lobbies that accepts cash, debit or credit cards.
Option 2 - Deposit Inmate Money Online
Option 3 - Make an Inmate Deposit with GTL over the Phone by calling 888-988-4768.
**NOTE** GTL is in a transition merging into a new company called ViaPath Technologies.
