• Visitors to the {facility_name-1} are required to sign in and complete a “Request to Visit Inmate Form” upon their arrival.
• Visitors will be required to produce a current photo I.D. (driver’s license, passport, etc.). 
• ONLY visitors on the inmate’s pre-approval list will be allowed to schedule a video visit.
• CHILDREN: Children (under 17 years of age) may visit an inmate without prior permission when the child is accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian.
  The child’s birth certificate and legal documentation must be presented to the Control Officer and must confirm the relationship to the parent(s) or legal guardian.
  The birth certificate must be an original copy with the parent(s) name and proper seal.
• Inmates are allowed up to 3 visits per week.
• Inmates can put up to 7 individuals to visit the inmate during their allotted visiting hours when they get booked. If you want to be added, the inmate has to do it.
• Only two visitors at one time can visit an inmate.
• Visitors should report to the Control 1 booth in the Main Jail 15-30 minutes early.

What is the Cost of a Remote Video Visit?
Costs vary and are subject to change, but generally visits range from $5.00 to $15.00 for a 15 to 30 minute online or on-site video visit.

How do you know if your Inmate will be available during the time you schedule?
The Securus system knows the times that Worcester County House of Correction inmates are available for remote video visits.
It will not allow you to schedule a visit with your inmate if they are not available or the video visitation kiosk(s) in the jail are booked already.

Newspapers
Newspapers may also be mailed to an inmate as long as they are shipped directly from the publisher.

Magazines
News, special interest or sports magazines may also be mailed to an inmate as long as they are shipped directly from the publisher. Any magazines that contain profanity, weapons, pornography or other content that is adult in nature will be confiscated by the jail staff and will NOT be delivered to the inmate.

Books
Ask the Worcester County House of Correction whether books can be mailed in, and whether they must come straight from a publisher or retailer such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble or Books-A-Million. You can order them directly from your computer and have them shipped to the inmate at the address noted.
