Muskogee County Detention Facility Allows your Inmate to Receive and Send Text and Email Messages

The Muskogee County Detention Facility contracts with City Tele Coin, the same company that offers Phone and Video Calling, to allow inmates to send and receive digital text messages from friends and loved ones.
