VISIT YOUR LOVED ONE
During COVID, in person visitation was halted for inmates throughout the country. It prompted facilities to make it a priority to upgrade their abilities to have video visitation. Many jails have restarted in person visitations. Call 931-243-3266 to confirm whether or not the Clay County Jail is offering in person visitation. If not, you will need to create an account for video visitation rights. It may be difficult to see your friend or loved ones while they are incarcerated, but it is important for their well-being.
Visitation hours may be dependent upon the sex of the person and, it also may be dependent upon the section of the facility in which they are housed
If in person visitation is allowed, there are a strict list of rules you must follow. You will also have purses searched upon entering.
