Illinois Youth Center – St. Charles Inmate Visitation

Identify the person you would like to visit and their facility by utilizing the search tool.

Step 2

Ensure you are on the incarcerated individual's approved visitation list by writing them a letter. IDOC staff cannot verify whether you are on the individual's list.

Schedule your visit online .

Step 4

Arrive at the facility at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time. Study and understand the Visitation Rules.

Illinois Youth Center – St. Charles offers Video Visitation for Inmates using the Services of GTL, aka ViaPath Techologies

In order to schedule and then visit an inmate using GTL you need to first register with GTL.
