How to Get Calls From an Inmate at the Kossuth County Jail

Fisher's Jail Division page names Reliance Telephone Systems as Algona's vendor. Inmates buy Reliance phone cards from commissary, and families fund phone cards, the Inmate Wallet and the iPod used for texting at reliancetelephone.com or 800-896-3201. Once someone is booked, family and friends can leave a short message on the inmate's secure voicemail by calling 641-548-8260. Staff monitor calls, and phone cards from the public are not accepted.
