How do video visits work?

Family and friends visit by video through the jail's video-visit provider. Free on-site booths at the jail run Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. Book at least 24 hours ahead; each visit lasts 30 minutes, and an inmate gets one on-site visit a week. Paid remote visits from home are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. once you register. Bring a driver's license, state or federal ID, military ID or passport. One adult may visit at a time, with up to two of the inmate's own children.

↑ Back to the question list

What visit rules should I know?

Visits are recorded and can be monitored. Dress appropriately, keep the registered visitor on screen, and do not add other people or three-way calls. Anyone wanted, named in a protective order with the inmate, or seen as a security risk will not be approved. Attorneys can visit weekdays 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. without an appointment, and clergy come at the inmate's request.

↑ Back to the question list

How do I add money?

The jail uses the jail's chosen deposit website (or 866-394-0490) for commissary deposits. Personal checks, coins and foreign money are refused. Funds pay for snacks, copies and phone minutes; our money guide has more.
