First, you must register, then schedule a video call or visit with your inmate at City Tele Coin.
Only those listed on an inmate's Visitation Form will be permitted to visit. Inmates are given this form when they are assigned a cell.
Visitors must have a current, valid photo identification (such as a driver's license) in order to visit.
All visitors, on their first visit, must complete a Visitor Information Form. They will then be checked to determine whether they have any outstanding warrants.
Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is on the approved list, do not need to be listed on an approved visitation list themselves.
Requests for exceptions and special requests must be forwarded through a Corrections Officer to a Shift Supervisor for approval.
A Shift Supervisor may extend visits by reason of distance traveled, past infrequent visits, or other reason.

What is a video visit?

Video visitation, also known as remote visitation, is quickly becoming the preferred method for visiting an inmate in jail or prison for the following reasons:

•   It requires little to no staff, versus the staff required to move inmates to and from the visit and watch over the visit. It saves the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility money.
