Directly after an arrest and booking they are permitted a phone call to parents or guardians, and they will be able to call at least one day each week for the length of their detention. Programs are provided to improve decision making, learn new life skills, develop improved social skills, and to manage any addictions or substance abuse, anger management, and other programs.
