The Malheur County Jail is located adjacent to the courthouse at 251 “B’ St West, Vale, Oregon, and operated by the local sheriff’s office. Anyone who is arrested within the area will be taken to this facility for booking, and they will remain there until their arraignment has determined bail and that bail has been paid, or they have finished their trial and are to be released, or they have completed their sentence.
