The home detention program sees offenders remain in their own homes with an ankle monitor to track their location. They are able to work, to attend school, go to any appointments they need, but will be provided with a strict curfew and limitations on their movements.
The work release program allows inmates to attend work each day and may be permitted to serve the majority or all of their sentence at home with the monitoring program rather than being held in a facility.
