Benton County runs video visitation under written rules from the sheriff: visits are a privilege, may be monitored or recorded, and must include only the approved visitor. Staff can end a visit immediately for nudity, sexual conduct, showing weapons or drugs, or an extra person on screen. A visitor who intentionally breaks the rules loses video visits for 45 days the first time and 365 days the second; more serious or repeated violations can mean permanent loss. Screenshots and recordings by visitors are not allowed.
