Boone County Jail Texting Costs: How Reliance Charges Work

Each message to someone on Mamie Eisenhower Avenue is deducted from the All Options balance tied to that person's Reliance device, and Reliance names the per-text price on the funding screen.

Because Reliance keeps unused All Options money rather than refunding it, Boone relatives tend to load small amounts; a charge that looks wrong is for Reliance to fix at 800-896-3201.
