How Visits Work at the Clinton County Jail
Inside the Seventh Avenue North lobby, a visitor signs in at a kiosk with an Inmate Canteen login and talks with the inmate on screen; relatives farther away can book a home video session instead. Staff may refuse any visitor who is disruptive or creates a safety concern, and Greenwalt's office asks visitors to leave electronic devices outside the building.
