Eddy County Detention Center
Staff at the 342-bed Eddy County Detention Center can be reached 24 hours a day for inmate information at 575-887-7556.
After an arrest for a misdemeanor or felony in this county, the person is brought here for booking and processing. What happens next depends on the charges: they may be bonded out, released on their own recognizance, or held until the end of their trial.

Hang on to the inmate’s booking or jail ID number; it’s often required to send mail or messages. If you can’t find it online, call Eddy County Detention Center at 575-887-7556.
