Florida’s constitution guarantees most defendants in Orange County pretrial release on reasonable conditions, unless they face a capital or life felony and the proof is evident, or no conditions could protect the community. Many minor misdemeanors and traffic offenses end with a notice to appear. Other bonds follow a uniform statewide schedule adopted by the Florida Supreme Court, which sets a minimum amount for each charge.

First Visit

• Visitors MUST call to schedule the first appointment at least ONE DAY in advance.
• Call 407-836-8061 to schedule appointments. Phone lines are open for scheduling from 9:30AM to 8:30PM.
• Each visitor will be issued a unique visitor ID number, which must be provided when scheduling visits.
• Arrive to visits at least 15 minutes early.
• Bring your valid driver's license, passport or state and/or military ID.

Subsequent Visits

• After your first visit you can schedule visits online.
  
• The first time you access the scheduling website and enter your email address, you will need to click on "Forgot your password?". Your password will be sent to you via the email address you provided. After you receive your password, you will be able to log on and schedule visits by following the prompts on the screen.
• If you experience problems with the system, contact the Visitation Center at 407-836-8061.
• Inmates are allowed three video visits per week. Each inmate is permitted a maximum of three visitors per session. This total will not exceed two adult visitors per session. 
• Visitors with small children will be permitted to retain one baby bottle, and one blanket per child. 
• The Video Visitation Center is open every day from 9:00AM to 10:00PM with the last visit starting at 9:00PM.
