Additional programming includes drug education, health classes, hygiene classes, independent living programs, and those to help with finding employment and other necessary life skills. Throughout their stay there are expectations placed on the young men to work on self development, and develop skills they will need throughout life, providing them improved opportunities for success and reducing recidivism rates.
