There is also time for physical activity, recreation time, and social interactions to practice how to have positive interactions after release. Life skills are taught each day to help with the success of youth after they are released. Mail: Juvenile offenders are permitted to write and receive mail that is delivered by the US Postal Service, and they can have some pieces of mail in their rooms. All mail must be approved and free of contraband. Phones: One phone call each week is permitted to immediate family or guardians and additional time or calls may be earned with good behavior and following all rules and regulations.
