Visitation hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and visitors must have a GTL account and fill out a white form with the inmate's full name, date of birth and booking number. Visitors must not have been convicted of any felonies or spent time at a Maricopa County jail within the last 12 months.
Remote video visits can be conducted over the internet through the use of a visitor’s home computer and a video kiosk located in the inmate housing units. On-site visits are done through the use of a visitor video kiosk located at either the Lower Buckeye Jail or 4th Avenue Jail.
Money may be placed on an inmate’s “money account” by mailing a Cashiers Check (official check), U.S. Postal or Western Union money order with the inmate's name and booking number to the jail.
