How can I get out on bail?

To get out on bail successfully, understand the following:

  1. You will generally be more successful in getting bail if your charges are a non-violent crime, but anything is possible if the following points are covered.
  2. Make sure you have a permanent residence that you can prove you have lived at for at least six months to one year.
  3. Make sure you can prove you have a real job and have been there for at least 6 months to a year.
  4. Make sure you can raise the 10-20% non-refundable fee for the bail agent or court in your county or state.
